To confirm your booking, an advance payment equivalent to Fifty Percent (50%) of total cost is required two weeks before reservation date.
During Holy Week, full payment is required upon confirmation.
Payments may be deposited to our company account (Chinabank or Banco de Oro) or directly to our Front Desk Cashier. Please keep the Deposit Slip/Official Receipt and show it to the Front Desk upon arrival. Balance to be paid upon check in.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation should be made seven (7) days prior to guest arrival, otherwise the deposited amount will be forfeited to our favor. However, if the schedule is moved to a later date but not beyond one month from original schedule, the deposit can still be applied.
Reminders:
Cooking Policy - cooking in the resort is only limited to grilling at the specified areas. We do not accept cooking and reheating of food. We also do not lend kitchenwares and utensils.
Housekeeping Service is upon request.
DOT Memorandum - swimming is only up to 10pm. No bonfires, eating and pitching of tents on the seashore.
Municipal Ordinance - Videoke's are allowed only up to 12MN. No littering, bonfire, eating and pitching of tents on the seashore.
